• Purchase of residential plot located within the Municipal/Corporation area of Urban/Metro Centres (For subsequent construction of house).
• Minimum extant of the plot should be 100 Square Yards.

• Age : Minimum age 18 years.
• Time for construction: Maximum time period is 3 (Three) Years from the date of first disbursement of the loan.
• After construction of house, the loan may be converted to normal Housing loan, if the borrower so requests and subject to (a) satisfactory conduct of realty loan and (b) fulfilling all terms and conditions stipulated for normal housing loan.
• CIBIL Score: should not be less than 700.

Salaried Class:

• Form-16 or ITR for last two years.
• Last 6 months Salary slips/ Salary Certificate

Non-Salaried Class:

• I.T. Returns for last three years
• Regular source of income to meet the monthly repayment obligation will be considered.
• For Businessman*: Debit and credit summations in the Bank account should be minimum 50% of the purchases / sales reflected in P&L account, provided they are not having GSTN

Note: Income of spouse / children / parents / siblings:

For first 3 years: - 9.75%*  P A

• If House is to be constructed within 3 years, existing Realty loan outstanding will be included in new home loan limit. 
• If House is not constructed within 3 years: Interest rate will  be applied on par with General Purpose Asset Backed Loans from the date of first disbursement.
