To meet the short term production / investment credit needs of

• The farmers engaged in agriculture, cultivating own and /or leased land or engaged in cultivation of crops.
• Farmers in allied activities like Dairy, Poultry, Fisheries, Piggery, Sheep, etc.
• Entrepreneurs and farmers who needs investment credit for acquiring farm machinery, undertaking land development, irrigation horticulture, transportation of agri produce, etc..
• All other farming activities which are permitted to be classified under agriculture as per RBI/GOI/NABARD guidelines and not covered under the Agri interest subvention scheme.

• To our existing customers having good integrity and track record.
• New customers can also be sanctioned provided they are introduced by our existing good customer subject to fulfilment of KYC norms.
• The age of the applicant should be 21 years and above with steady income.
• Individuals who are owner cultivators, agri entrepreneurs.
• Tenant farmers, Oral lessees & Share croppers.
• Any person engaged in any agriculture or allied activities and who wants to repay loans availed from non-institutional lenders as well as persons engaged in activities permitted by RBI to be classified under agriculture.
• Self-declaration / proof of land holding &agri activities.
• Loans should be sanctioned against pledge of gold ornaments of 22 carats only
• Loans should not be sanctioned against primary gold like bars, blocks, coins, slabs, rolled sheets, foils, wires, pellets etc.,
• Ornaments bearing name other than borrowers name should not be accepted i.e. loan should be sanctioned only to the owner of the ornaments and not to the third party
• Gold Loan should not be sanctioned for purchase of gold and also to gold dealers

PER GRAM LENDING RATE:Rs.4150/- with effect from 17-01-2023

*If the interest is not served for two half yearly Instalments, then auction process will be initiated.
